Digital Service Notice
All of our services are custom digital services that require creative work, production time, and resource allocation. Because of the nature of digital products and custom content creation, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
Before Work Begins
If you request a cancellation before any work has started on your project, you may be eligible for a full refund.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
After Work Has Started
Once project work, research, creative planning, scripting, editing, or video production has begun, refunds cannot be guaranteed.
This is because time and resources have already been invested into the creation of your content.
Completed Deliverables
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not available once the requested videos or deliverables have been completed and delivered.
However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you through the revision process included in your selected package.
Subscription Plans
Clients may cancel their monthly subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation will stop future payments but will not generate refunds for services already delivered or work already completed during the current billing period.
Revisions & Satisfaction
Our goal is to ensure you receive content that aligns with your business and marketing goals.
If you are not satisfied with a delivered video, we encourage you to request revisions according to your package limits. Our team will make reasonable adjustments to improve the final result.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
